Katinka Kids is a premium Slovak brand created for children and parents who value the perfect combination of original design, high quality and practicality.

We believe that children’s accessories can be much more than simply practical. They can bring joy, spark imagination and become part of a child’s everyday adventures. That is why we design our products to combine playful design, comfort and high-quality craftsmanship that both children and their parents can appreciate.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. We carefully select our materials, work exclusively with trusted manufacturing partners, and devote great attention to developing and perfecting every new design.

At the heart of Katinka Kids is the world of animals. Each of our backpacks has its own face, character and personality. Through our designs, we want to introduce children to the animal kingdom as we see it: a world full of beautiful, unique and extraordinary creatures. From foxes and bunnies to hippos and octopuses, we believe that every animal has its own special charm.

My name is Katarína, and I founded Katinka Kids with one simple idea: to create beautiful and original products for children that bring  joy to their everyday lives.

The name Katinka comes from my childhood. It was the nickname my grandmother used to call me, and over the years it has become a reminder to stay true to myself, my creativity and my dreams.

I have always felt that the world of children’s accessories could be more beautiful, more imaginative and better made. I did not want to create just another collection of ordinary children’s backpacks. I wanted to design pieces with a personality and a soul of their own – products that children would fall in love with and parents would appreciate for their design, quality and practicality.

Animals are one of my greatest sources of inspiration – not only the cute and familiar ones, but also those that are a little more unusual. I am fascinated by the idea that every living creature has its own character, its own beauty and its own place in the world. This is the very idea I try to bring to life in every Katinka Kids design.

Because childhood is filled with little moments that one day become memories for a lifetime. And we are happy to be a small part of them.
